I'm Saurabh Kumar, a Principal Technical Accelerator Consultant currently working at ServiceNow in Sydney, Australia. I specialize in building intelligent automations and scalable platforms that make enterprise operations seamless.
My Story
My journey in tech began almost a decade ago in Chennai, India, where I started as a Programmer Analyst focusing on ITIL guidelines. Since then, I have immersed myself fully in the ServiceNow ecosystem, progressing from foundational ITSM/CMDB customizations all the way to leading AI architecture at ServiceNow itself.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of architecting solutions for massive international clients, from driving huge PPM implementations for mineral extraction companies to building "Zero-Touch" onboarding portals via Flow Designer. My philosophy has always centered on one principle: eliminating redundant manual work to let humans do what they do best.
Having recently transitioned to Australia as a Principal Technical Consultant, I am heavily focused on the intersection of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Service Management. When I'm not driving technical adoption, you can find me exploring modern web development workflows (like Next.js) or reading up on the latest tech trends.
